TECHFORDUMMIES

An evening of stand-up written for the people who build, break and fix things for a living.

Two comedians who know the difference between a hotfix and a hot mess. We bring the show to your Christmas party, kick-off or conference, and we write it for your crowd.

Comedy that compiles on the first try

Tech from Dummies is a stand-up show made for IT companies. Stand-ups that run 45 minutes, estimates nobody believes, the meeting that could have been an email, the legacy system everyone is afraid to touch. If your team lives it, we joke about it. No jargon is too niche, and no developer gets left behind.

Written for your crowd

We talk with you first and tune the set to your company, your stack and your in-jokes. Nobody gets roasted who didn't sign off on it.

Fits your event

Christmas party, summer party, kick-off, offsite, conference or Friday bar. We bring the show to you, at the length you need.

Funny for everyone

The developers laugh at the details, sales and HR laugh at the developers. Everybody gets the jokes, even the ones about Kubernetes.

- Polite laughter at the all-hands
+ The whole office quoting jokes in Slack on Monday

Dharshika Christopher

[Her angle, e.g. day job or comedy credit]

[Short bio for Dharshika: her background, where she has performed, and what she brings to Tech from Dummies.]

Markus Munk

Senior engineering manager by day

Markus spends his days at a digital agency in the rooms where sprints get planned, estimates get optimistic and someone always says it works on their machine. At night he turns all of it into stand-up. Nominated for Joke of the Year at UP Comedy Festival 2026.
